New patient policy

Full non-refundable payment is required when booking a first appointment. If you cannot attend, one appointment reschedule is allowed. If you cannot attend again, re-registration and full payment will be required.

Missed appointments & cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. If an appointment is missed or less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full appointment fee will be due to cover clinic running costs and practitioner time.
